We screen for oral signs that may be connected to breathing, sleep quality, clenching, grinding, and airway concerns.
Airway is part of a larger system. When breathing, sleep quality, oral posture, clenching, grinding, and muscle tension are out of balance, the effects can show up throughout the mouth over time.
When appropriate, we may recommend further evaluation or referral to a sleep physician, ENT, myofunctional therapist, physical therapist, or dental sleep medicine provider.
For selected patients, additional supportive therapies may be discussed after appropriate screening and evaluation.
This screening is not a diagnosis of sleep apnea or any medical condition.
